As many do I modified the electrics to use a 2.4GHz r/c, separate control of each motor and a larger battery capacity (up from 800mAh to 3700mAh). I've also added a separate bec for the new receiver (mounted underneath the white area) and various fuses.

The escs are cheap 'Chinese' 10Amp units - the motors draw just over 1A each at full ahead.
