The bridge side skins were cut out to size from 1.5mm styrene sheet and lightly glued back to back. Then the windows were marked and cut out using my Unimat1 jigsaw attachment. I had to use a double reduction for the speed as the higher speed melted the plastic, so it healed up again behind the blade. Even at the slower speed this tended to happen going round the corners, so slow careful progress was needed along with a light blow to help cooling.
