The larger hole means the coaming parts of the beck beams need to be wider too, as seen here in green. The forward beam will be in the same place in the hull, so does not change its other dimensions. The aft beam will be a bit further aft, but the hull sides are parallel in this area, so that one also remains the same length overall.
